Aaron Plata

My name is Aaron Plata. I am a neuropsychology practitioner, a certified coach and a specialist in neuropsychology, with over 35 years’ experience supporting the personal and professional development of leaders, teams and individuals seeking clarity, purpose and a higher level of performance and well-being.

My career began over three decades ago, when I realised that my calling was to help others understand their minds, manage their emotions and develop a more mindful and authentic style of leadership. Since then, I have worked as a consultant and coach for leading companies in Caracas (Venezuela) and Madrid (Spain), as well as for prominent figures in the business, sporting and legal worlds, guiding them through profound processes of personal growth, communication and professional impact.

My training has been built on a bridge between the mind, behaviour and communication. I qualified as a Neurolinguistic and Psycholinguistic Practitioner at the Centre for Linguistic and Social Studies at Newport University (California), NELS (Caracas), where I came to understand the power of language and mental structure in human transformation. I subsequently trained with Insight Coaching and obtained professional certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in the United States, consolidating an approach based on conscious and ethical coaching..

My career in professional communication led me to specialise as a Speech Coach and Marketing Coach at The Speak Up Challenge School, exploring the immense potential of the voice, presence and personal narrative as tools for influence, leadership and positioning.

My specialisation in neuropsychology and my training as a Neuropsychology Practitioner at Learning Cloud (Maynooth, Ireland) enable me to incorporate neuroscience into every process: understanding how the brain works, how executive functions are developed, and how ways of thinking, feeling and acting can be transformed in a sustainable way.

Furthermore, my qualification in Human Resource Management from Bishoptown College gives me a comprehensive understanding of talent, human performance and well-being within organisations.

I support leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, athletes and teams who wish to:
• discover a more authentic, self-aware and self-confident version of themselves;
• communicate clearly, persuasively and with presence;
• managing your mind and emotions under pressure;
• to strengthen executive and leadership skills;
• turn their potential into real and sustainable results.

I firmly believe that genuine growth stems from self-awareness and self-knowledge. When we understand how we function on the inside—mentally, emotionally and cognitively—we begin to lead our lives with greater strength, coherence and purpose.

My aim is to accompany you on that journey:
from noise to clarity,
from the blockade to the possibility,
from potential to realisation.
